Project narrative

On April 13, 2018, the Zambian Ministry of Foreign Affairs held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a 100-person conference hall located at the ministry. According to Minister of Foreign Affairs Joseph Malanji, the Chinese government supported this project with a donation of USD 320,000. Outgoing Chinese Ambassador Yang Youming attended the groundbreaking ceremony.
