Project narrative

On August 8, 2019, the Chinese Government awarded 79 Vietnamese students the 2019 Chinese Government Scholarship. Of those students, five will complete a bachelor's or master's degree. The others will take classes related to economics, business, Chinese history, medicine, and culture.
