Project narrative

Starting in July 2019, heavy rainfall in northeastern Pakistan triggered flash floods and landslides in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province causing casualties and damage. In response, on September 15, 2019, the Chinese Embassy in Pakistan officially donated 200 tents to the Dera Ismail Khan area in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to support civilians who have been displaced by the floods. The monetary value of this donation is unknown.
