On October 15, 2018, Ambassador Luo Zhaohui attended the opening ceremony of the China-India Joint Training Program for Afghan Diplomats at the Diplomatic Academy of India. The training is intended to promote the capacity building of Afghan government officials, enhance the friendship and mutual understanding between the people of the three countries, and contribute to the early realization of peace and development in Afghanistan. As agreed by the three parties, Afghan diplomats will be trained in India from October 15 to 26, and in China from November 18 to December 1. In November, the Afghan diplomats were trained in Foreign Service Institute in New Delhi. On November 19, 2018, Afghan Diplomats began their training in China Foreign Affairs University and finished their training on December 1, 2018.
