Project narrative

To support the Djibouti City Security Surveillance System Project, which received grant funding from the Chinese Government and sought to construct a surveillance system for Djibouti City (see linked Record ID#59548), in May 2018, the Chinese Government hosted a one-month long seminar and training program on surveillance camera systems for 29 Djiboutian public security agents. Further details are unknown.
