Project narrative

On November 6, 2018, the Chinese Embassy in Cambodia donated water purification equipment to flood-stricken areas in the Preah Vihear Province of Cambodia. The donation ceremony was held at the Zongkeshan County government building. Chargé d'affaires of the Chinese Embassy in Cambodia, Zuo Wenxing, Member of Parliament of Preah Vihear Province Sos Yara, and Chairman of the Cambodia Civil Society Alliance Forum Ken Ruit attended the ceremony and delivered speeches. More than 400 local victims attended the ceremony and received water purifiers and other materials donated by China. The monetary value of this donation is not known.
