Project narrative

On December 20, 2017, the Chinese Government handed over computers and other editing materials to Le Sahel, an official newspaper in Niger. The value of this donation is unknown. According to the Chinese Ambassador, Le Sahel is an "old friend" of the embassy, and it is an "indispensable bridge to enhance the friendship and mutual understanding between the Chinese and Niger peoples."
