Project narrative

On June 10, 2019, Ambassador Wang Wentian attended the completion ceremony of the renovation project of the Tbong Khmum China-Cambodia Friendship Primary School in Phnom Penh. The Chinese Embassy provided funding for this renovation. The chairman of the Forum of the Cambodian Civil Society Organization Alliance, Ken Ruit, the deputy mayor of Phnom Penh, Nongpara, and representatives of teachers and students from the school attended the event. Ambassador Wang, Kenrete and Nongpala then distributed school supplies to the children and visited the renovated teaching building.
