Project narrative

On November 1, 2019, the Chinese Embassy in Manila announced a donation of 3 million RMB (approx. PHP 22 million) by the Chinese government to the Philippine government for disaster relief in Mindanao. The donation was in response to a series of earthquakes that occurred in October.
