In 2018, the Chinese Government pledged to provide three different loans, each worth MGA 300 million, to the Madagascar Ministry of Public Health to support the university hospital system. Project ID#60030 captures the MGA 300 million loan committed in 2019, Project ID#89056 captures the MGA 300 million loan committed in 2020, and Project ID#89057 captures the MGA 300 million loan committed in 2021. The borrowing terms are unknown. Implementation details are also unclear. In 2018, the Chinese Government also provided a grant worth MGA 446 million for the same project (see Project ID #60031).
