Project narrative

On May 11, 2020, the Chinese government donated another batch of personal protective equipment to Papua New Guinea. The equipment weighed 23 metric tonnes. Prime Minister Hon. James Marape, has extended his appreciation to the people and the Government of the People’s Republic of China for the donation. Prime Minister Marape said the donation was organized in partnership with the Government of China through its Embassy in Port Moresby, the Government of Papua New Guinea through the National Department of Health and UNICEF.
