Project narrative

On September 1, 2021, the Chinese Embassy donated 60,400 doses of the Sinopharm COVID-19 vaccine to the Government of Kiribati. The vaccines were delivered to the airport in the capital city of Tarawa. A launching ceremony for the vaccines was held on September 3.
