Project narrative

On November 3rd, 2011, China Harbour Engineering Co. and Stewart's Auto Sales Ltd. collaborated to each donate a motorcycle to the Spring Hill Police Station in Portland Parish, Jamaica. Present at the donation handover were Qi Wu Yang, CHEC's Jamaica deputy manager; J. Stewart-Lechler, director of Stewart's Auto Sales; Owen Ellington, commissioner of police; and Daryl Vaz, member of parliament.
