Project narrative

The International Training Centre for Authorities and Leaders (CIFAL) in Shanghai with the support of the Ministry of Commerce of the Government of China (MOFCOM) hosted the first training course on “Computer Operation for Primary and Secondary School Teachers of Samoa”. The course was launched on April 10 2017 and it is the first of a series of eight training courses that are part of the China Aid Training Plan to be delivered by CIFAL Shanghai this year. It was concluded on 30 April 2017. The course brought together 25 participants from Samoa to have the opportunity to visit Shanghai and learn about China's elementary education, as well as to share experiences and lessons about education.
