Project narrative

On October 11, 2017, the Chinese ambassador to Seychelles attended the Creole Festival Donation Ceremony as the Chinese Embassy of Seychelles donated cultural items to the Seychelles Ministry of Culture. Items included flags, shirts and caps to create a "festive atmosphere" for the Creole Festival in Seychelles.
