On June 17, 2019, the Chinese Embassy in Suriname donated computers to the Diplomatic Training Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Suriname. The computers are intended to provide support and assistance in the field of diplomatic education for Suriname. A media report stated that a total of 10 computers were donated.
