Project narrative

According to a report from the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, in October 2019, The Chinese Ministry of Commerce sponsored the Uruguay Chinese Language and Chinese Culture Bilateral Training Program in Montevideo. It was organized by the Beijing International Chinese Language Institute. The course had 100 participants who participated in 14 days of classes with a total of 144 hours. The program began October 9 and ended October 23. Throughout the program the participants studied Chinese language and Chinese culture, including food, clothing, daily conversation, and idioms.
