Project narrative

On May 17th, 2017, the Chinese Government signed an agreement committing to establish a Chinese Cultural Center in Buenos Aires for the promotion of cultural exchange and cooperation between the two countries. The monetary value of this project is unknown. The Argentine National Senate then unanimously approved this agreement on August 14, 2020. It was effective as of December 21st, 2020.
