On March 4, 2019, the Chinese Consul General in Odessa attended the opening of a photo exhibition celebrating 40 years of China's opening up and reform. At the event, he donated copies of "Xi Jinping: The Governance of China" to the Chinese Studies Center at Odessa Maritime University.
