On October 30, 2015, during a meeting between the Chinese Ambassador to Venezuela, Zhao Bentang, and the Minister of Tourism and Foreign Trade for Venezuela, Marleny Contreras, Ambassador Zhao gifted Spanish translations of Chinese books, including "Xi Jinping: The Governance of the Country", "The Chinese Dream and the World", and "Chinese Culture Encyclopedia" to Minister Contreras.
