On October 30, 2015, during a meeting between Chinese Ambassador to Venezuela, Zhao Bentang, and President of the Corporacion Andina de Fomento (CAF) – Banco de Desarrollo de América Latina (Latin American Development Bank), Enrique Garcia, Ambassador Zhao gifted Spanish versions of Chinese books, including "Xi Jinping: The Governance of the Country", "The Chinese Dream and the World" and "Chinese Culture Encyclopedia", to President Garcia.
