Project narrative

On October 28, 2015, during a meeting between Chinese Ambassador to Venezuela, Zhao Bentang, Vice President of the National Assembly of Venezuela Tania Diaz, and Deputy Fernando Soto Rojas of the National Assembly, Ambassador Zhao gifted both Diaz and Soto Rojas Spanish versions of Chinese literature, including the book "Xi Jinping: The Governance of China".
