On October 15, 2015, during a meeting between Chinese Ambassador to Venezuela, Zhao Bentang, and Venezuelan Minister of Defense, Vladimir Padrino Lopez, Ambassador Zhao gifted Minister Padrino a Spanish version of the Chinese book "The Chinese Dream and the World".
