On October 14, 2015, during a meeting between Chinese Ambassador to Venezuela, Zhao Bentang and Venezuelan Prosecutor General Luisa Ortega Diaz, Ambassador Zhao gifted Prosecutor General Ortega Diaz a Spanish version of the Chinese book, "The Chinese Dream and the World".
