On September 25, 2015, during a meeting between Chinese Ambassador to Venezuela, Zhao Bentang, and Rector Enrique Planchart of Simón Bolívar University (Universidad Simón Bolívar), a Venezuelan public university, Ambassador Zhao gifted Rector Planchart Spanish versions of Chinese literature, including "The Chinese Dream and the World".
