On September 24, 2015, during a meeting between the Chinese Ambassador to Venezuela, Zhao Bentang, and President Cejas of the Venezuelan Center for Data Analysis (IVAD), Ambassador Zhao presented President Cejas with Spanish versions of Chinese literature, including "Encyclopedia of Chinese Culture" and "Chinese Dream and the World".
