On April 13, 2016, during a meeting between Chinese Ambassador to Venezuela, Zhao Bentang, and the President of Telesur, Patricia Villegas, Ambassador Zhao gifted Villegas with Spanish versions of Chinese literature on governance and culture, including "Chinese Dreams and the World".
