Project narrative

In August 2017, the China Ministry of Commerce(MOFCOM) sponsored 20 Guyanese government officials to travel to Shanghai and participate in an e-Government and Technology Training Course. The 20-day seminar took place at the International Innovation Base of the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. The event was the third in a series of eight training activities that are part of the China Aid Training Plan to be organized by CIFAL Shanghai throughout 2017.
