Micronesia received 30 containerized isolation units from China on October 16, 2020. The isolation units were intended to hold individuals who are either persons under investigation for COVID-19 or confirmed cases. The units are equitably shared across Micronesia: Pohnpei State (10 units), Chuuk State (12 units), Kosrae State (4 units), and Yap State (4 units).
