Description

On November 29, 2019, China Everbright Bank donated EUR 1 million to the Government of Albania to bolster relief and assistance for people affected by the 6.4 magnitude earthquake that struck near Durres and Tirana on November 26. The donation was made in the name of Tirana International Airport (TIA), an airport purchased by the company in 2016. In addition, TIA organized a team of volunteers to assist people sheltered in provisional camps, and admitted military flights that carried humanitarian aid.
