Project narrative

On March 26, 2020, the Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China in Kuching donated 20,000 masks to Sarawak, Malaysia on behalf of the Fujian Provincial Government. This donation is the first batch of donations under China's assistance program to Sarawak. According to the Chinese Consulate General, this donation was distributed to medical staff on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic. The monetary value of the donation is unknown.
