On December 18, 2020, the Chinese Embassy donated food and solar lanterns to the Honiara Central Police Station as New Year's gifts. Chinese state-owned companies also donated. The list includes China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (#93453), the China Harbor Engineering Company (#93454).
