Project narrative

On September 24, 2013, Huang Minhui, the Chinese Ambassador to Perú, donated PEN 50,000 to General Alfredo Murgueytio from the National Institute of Civil Defense of Perú (INDECI). The donation will provide relief for high Andean regions suffering from severe snowstorms and temperature drops in the region.
