The Confucius Classroom at Dixie Grammar School was established in April 2015. The Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) awarded the Confucius Classroom status in recognition of the school's achievements in Chinese language and culture education, providing Dixie Grammar School with a grant. The Confucius Classroom was running before it was officially opened. The original Confucius Institute project is tracked under Record ID#44315.

Staff comments

1. As a Confucius Classroom, the project is funded by grant by Hanban. The monetary value of the grant is unspecified. 2. AidData has coded Peking University and Affiliated High School of Peking University as the implementing agencies because they are the Chinese partner institutions for the Confucius Institute at the UCL Institute of Education, which oversees this Confucius Classroom. 3. The Chinese name of the school is 迪克斯文法学校.
