Project narrative

According to China Daily, the Chinese Embassy to UAE donated funds for the set up of a Chinese Cultural Zone at the Hamdan Bin Zayed School, a public elementary school, in Abu Dhabi. On December 9, 2015, the Chinese Cultural Zone was officially established. According to a news release from Chinese Embassy to UAE in 2017, the school was the only public school in Middle East that used Chinese to teach. There were 18 students and 15 teachers from China.
