Project narrative

On April 2, 2020, the Chinese Consulate General in Penang provided a donation of 15,000 masks to the Penang State Government in Malaysia. This donation is intended to aid Penang against Covid-19. After the donation ceremony, the Penang State Government transferred the masks to the Penang General Hospital where patients of Covid-19 are treated.
