Project narrative

On September 14, 2020, Counselor Zhao Wanpeng of the Chinese Embassy in Vietnam provided anti-epidemic materials to the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam on behalf of the International Cooperation Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security of China. Major General Jian Ling, the deputy director of the Foreign Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam, received disposable medical masks, goggles, and protective clothing.
