Description

On November 3, 2020, the Chinese Embassy in Vietnam assisted the Foreign Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam by providing a reading room and Chinese language book corner. A ribbon-cutting ceremony for the reading room was held on November 3, 2020. Minister Counselor Yin Haihong was invited to attend and cut the ribbon with Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Son, Director of the Vietnam Foreign Affairs Bureau. In addition, Minister Counselor Yin Haihong presented Chinese books such as "Xi Jinping: The Governance of China" to Vietnam on behalf of the embassy. Counselors Zhao Wanpeng, Wang Ben, Zhang Yi, and Director Zhu Yu of the Chinese Embassy also attended the ceremony.
