Project narrative

On April 29, 2020, the Chinese People’s Liberation Army sent COVID-19 prevention and control materials to the Vietnamese military. The COVID-19 prevention and control materials included nucleic acid testing kits and body temperature monitoring equipment. This provision was completed under the approval of the Central Military Commission.
