On August 31 2020, the video handover ceremony of the anti-epidemic materials donated by the Chinese government to Jamaica was held in Kingston, Jamaica. The purpose of this donation is to assist Jamaica in fighting against the pandemic. The amount, specific contents, and value of the donation are not specified. Counselor Fan Jianghong accompanied Ambassador Tian Qi to Jamaica to attend the ceremony.
