Project narrative

The Confucius Classroom at Gleddings Preparatory School was established on in November 2010. The Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) awarded the Confucius Classroom status in recognition of the school's achievements in Chinese language and culture education, providing Gleddings Preparatory School with a grant. This is the first Confucius Classroom to be established in a primary school in West Yokshire. The Confucius Classroom was running before it was officially opened. The original Confucius Institute project is tracked under Record ID#44306.
