Project narrative

The Confucius Classroom at Christ Church Primary School was established on June 17, 2011. The Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) awarded the Confucius Classroom status in recognition of the school's achievements in Chinese language and culture education, providing Christ Church Primary School with a grant. Chinese language teachers from the London Confucius Institute for Traditional Chinese Medicine would teach in Christ Church Primary School. It was the sixth Confucius Classroom to be launched under the London Confucius Institute for Traditional Chinese Medicine. The Confucius Classroom was running before it was officially opened. The original Confucius Institute project is tracked under Record ID#44307.
