For the time being, AidData has coded the commitment_year field as 2006 as this was the year the Confucius Institute at the UCL Institute of Education was established and marked the committment_year_estimated? field as True. This issue merits further investigation. 2. AidData has coded Peking University and Affiliated High School of Peking University as the implementing agencies because they are the Chinese partner institutions for the Confucius Institute at the UCL Institute of Education, which oversees this Confucius Classroom. 3.
