Project narrative

On May 28, 2008, Chen Xiaodong, the Chinese Ambassador to Iraq and the Iraqi Minister of Education, jointly signed the handover certificate for the donated equipment. Among the donated equipment, 30 laser copiers will be distributed to 30 primary schools. Although the specific worth of the donated equipment is unknown, according to an article by the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, “the amount donated to the Iraqi primary schools is not large.” Yet, it represents the sincere bilateral relation among both nations.
