Project narrative
The Confucius Classroom at Carmel RC College was officially established as a Confucius Classroom on May 5, 2011. The Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) awarded the Confucius Classroom status in recognition of the school's achievements in Chinese language and culture education, providing Carmel RC College with a grant. The Confucius Classroom was running before it was officially opened. The original Confucius Institute project is tracked under Record ID#44315.
