Project narrative

On December 9, 2013, the Chinese Ambassador’s wife to Mexico, Liu Min, attended the donation ceremony for toys and hospital beds to the orphanage Casa Cuna Coyoacán in Mexico City, Mexico. The Mexican Secretariat of the Interior’s wife, and Laura Vargas Carrillo, the Director of the National System for Integral Family Development (DIF), received the donation in representation of the Mexican Government. The specific toys and number of hospital beds are unknown.
