Project narrative

The Confucius Classroom at Bo’ness Academy was established on March 13, 2013 after the signing of the letter of understanding in June 2012. The Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) awarded the Confucius Classroom status in recognition of the school's achievements in Chinese language and culture education, providing Bo’ness Academy with a grant with would provide resources to establish the Confucius Classroom, provide Chinese language teachers, and a package of resources and teaching materials. The original Confucius Institute project is tracked under Record ID#44297.
