On December 29 2019, A China state owned company Dalian International Economic and Technical Cooperation Group complete the construction of a National Mindsports Center in Suriname. This center is donated and constructed by Dalian International Economic and Technical Cooperation Group. Ambassador Liu Quan attend the opening ceremony
