The Confucius Classroom at Grosvenor Grammar School was established October 2, 2013. The Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) awarded the Confucius Classroom status in recognition of the school's achievements in Chinese language and culture education, providing Grosvenor Grammar School with a grant. The Confucius Classroom was running before it was officially opened, having begun operations on July 8, 2013. The original Confucius Institute project is tracked under Record ID#44298.
