Project narrative

The Confucius Classroom at South West College was established October 2, 2013. The Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) awarded the Confucius Classroom status in recognition of the school's achievements in Chinese language and culture education, providing South West College with a grant. The Confucius Classroom was running before it was officially opened, having begun operations on July 8, 2013 The original Confucius Institute project is tracked under Record ID#44298.
